General Admission, Dallah Lounge hospitality, Clubhouse and Rooftop18 tickets are now available.
General Admission is free on Thursday and Friday, with paid tickets required on Saturday and Sunday. Children aged 17 and under can attend free on all four days, but must have a registered ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
The Dallah Lounge is located beside the 9th and 18th greens. Rooftop18 overlooks the 18th and 9th greens, the 16th green and the 17th tee. Both hospitality experiences include food and beverage packages. Clubhouse tickets provide access to the clubhouse and course only.

Gates will open at 7am each day, with the first tee time scheduled for approximately 7.10am.

General Admission is free for children aged 17 and under, provided they are accompanied by an adult. There is no minimum age for entry, but all attendees aged 3 and above must register for a ticket.
For Dallah Lounge hospitality, there is no minimum age for entry, children aged 3 and above need a valid ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.
Rooftop18 is strictly for guests aged 21 and above.
There is no dress code for General Admission, but visitors are asked to dress with local customs in mind.
Hospitality guests must wear smart casual or golf attire. Denim, flip-flops and spiked shoes are not permitted.
Yes, all visitors must register for a ticket before entering. With a paper-free system in operation, visitors will receive their ticket confirmation via email upon registration. Visitors can view their digital tickets by downloading our mobile app.

General admission ticket holders can enjoy a wide range of food and beverage options at Eat Street in Tournament Town accross all four days.
Food trucks will be serving a variety of cuisines and popular local favourites.
Guests in Dallah Lounge hospitality will be able to enjoy breakfast, a sumptuous lunch at the Dallah Lounge inclusive of house beverages, and an elegant afternoon tea.
Rooftop18 hospitality will also offer excellent Food and Beverage options.
Tournament Town will offer a relaxed and family-friendly vibe with live entertainment and activations for children at this year’s event including Family Beatz, food trucks and live music, activity workshops and much more.
Absolutely! The Emirates Golf Course is very spectator friendly and a wonderful course to walk. You can also follow the players with the map on our mobile app.
We kindly ask that spectators respect the players and do not interrupt them during their round.

The Emirates Golf Club will be open from 7am, with the first groups teeing off at approximately 7.10am on Thursday and Friday, and 7.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Only those with hospitality passes will be able to gain access.
Dallah Lounge hospitality tickets offer views of the 9th and 18th greens. The lounge opens for breakfast at 8:00am each day, with lunch served from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and afternoon tea from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Bar service is available from 12:00pm to 5:30pm.
Hospitality guests can also enjoy scheduled player visits throughout the four days. Dallah Lounge tickets include one VIP parking pass for every two packages purchased.
Rooftop18 offers unlimited drinks and a selection of premium food from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. The full menu will be available soon.

More than 300 volunteers help make the Hero Dubai Desert Classic possible each year. Volunteer registration for the 2027 tournament will open on our website in the last week of November 2026.

As a general rule, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
We highly recommend making use of public transport with Al Fardan Exchange metro station located right at the entrance of the venue. There is no public parking on site.
We do not provide public parking for this year's event, unless you have a hospitality tickets. We encourage you to take public transportation.

Taxi drop-off and pick-up will also be available for spectators.
Tee times will be available on the Hero Dubai Desert Classic website and mobile app, plus on the official tournament social media channels the day before play.

Yes, the Pro-Am is free to attend and takes place on 19th and 20th January. Spectators do not need to register for a ticket to access the course.
General admission, Clubhouse tickets, Dallah Lounge Hospitality tickets and Rooftop18 tickets are on sale with limited quantity and can be purchased through the website or via the mobile app. Please visit the ticketing section of the Hero Dubai Desert Classic website for information on pricing.
Unless you have received a PDF ticket from a Corporate Hospitality partner, you’ll need to download the Hero Dubai Desert Classic mobile app to access your ticket. Sign in using the same email address you used to register. Your ticket will appear automatically in the app’s Tickets section. For more help, see the Mobile App section of these FAQs.
Each ticket is represented as a ‘daily ticket’ and provides access to each individual day of the event. If you wish to attend for multiple days, you must apply for each day of the event.
As part of our ‘Go for Green’ sustainability initiative, no tickets are required to be printed out. All tickets must be presented within the mobile app on entry to the event, unless you have been provided with a PDF ticket by a Corporate Hospitality Partner which can be shown on your mobile phone.
The share functionality within the mobile app is available for General Admission, Clubhouse, Dallah Lounge and Rooftop18 ticket holders. Corporate Hospitality guests do not have the ability to share their tickets as this is at the discretion of each individual partner who has invited the guest. Users are not allowed to ‘screenshot’ tickets and share externally from the mobile app. Each ticket includes a dynamic barcode which will be clearly identifiable as a false ticket if a screenshot is taken.

The Dallah Lounge offers a premium hospitality experience at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic. Its stylish, fully air-conditioned lounge and spacious open-air terrace provide a setting for socialising, entertaining clients and watching world-class golf.
The Dallah Lounge is situated within the VIP hospitality overlooking the 9th and 18th greens.
Metro
The Al Fardan Exchange metro station is located directly outside the Emirates Golf Club. You will have a short 1-minute walk to the main entry tents situated inside the venue. The walking route will be signposted and reinforced by security.
Taxi
If arriving by Taxi, you will be dropped off at the main entrance of the Emirates Golf club and will have a short 1-minute walk to the main entry tents situated inside the venue. The walking route will be signposted and reinforced by security.
Car
We do not provide public parking for this year's event, unless you have a hospitality tickets.
All event attendees enter through the main entry tents at the main entrance of Emirates Golf Club. Once you enter you will make your way to VIP hospitality, where you will receive your Dallah Lounge wristband, you can then make you way to Dallah Lounge and enjoy. If arriving by car you will enter via car park C and make your way to VIP hospitality.
Your ticket includes entry to the general event and exclusive access to the Dallah Lounge from 8am – 6pm, premium food and beverage is available all day, clear views of the 9th and 18th greens, VIP parking in car park C.

Respectful, smart casual dress should be considered for the Dallah Lounge.
Rooftop18 is the tournament’s five-hour brunch experience, with unlimited premium casual dining and house beverages from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Set on the hospitality rooftop, it offers views of the Dubai skyline, the 9th, 16th and 18th greens, and the 17th tee. There’s plenty of seating and space to socialise while enjoying the golf.
Rooftop18 is strictly for guests aged 21 and above. Parking passes are not included.

Your ticket includes entry to the general event and exclusive access to Rooftop18, situated on the hospitality rooftop overlooking the stunning Dubai Skyline, 18th green, 9th green, 16th green, and 17th tee. Enjoy five hours of unlimited house beverages along with a premium casual dining.
On arrival at the main entrance, your ticket will be scanned and you’ll receive a wristband. From there, make your way to Rooftop18, on top of the main hospitality structure. It overlooks the Dubai skyline, the 9th, 16th and 18th greens, and the 17th tee. Food and Drinks are unlimited during this time.
Rooftop18 is open from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.

If you purchased tickets before logging in to the app, an account has already been created for you. You can sign in using your email id and the temporary password that was sent to your email address.
Alternatively, you can click on the “forgot password” option on the login screen and reset your password.

Tickets that can be shared will have a transfer button below it.
You can share the ticket by clicking the transfer button and filling out the required details.
An email and an in-app notification will be sent to the receiver with the transferred ticket. They can accept the transferred tickets by clicking on the accept button.
Note: Tickets that have been scanned cannot be shared or recalled.
If the receiver has not yet accepted the ticket, you can choose to recall the ticket. The ticket cannot be recalled if the ticket has been scanned.
After purchase, it usually takes 5-10 minutes for the tickets to appear on the app.
Verify that the email address used to register on the app is the same as the email address entered while purchasing the tickets.

Yes there are multiple large screens around the facility showing the golf, where you can relax and watch while enjoying various F&B options.
The HDDC is held at Emirates Golf Club (EGC), where it has been since 1989 (excluding the 1999 & 2000 editions which were held at Dubai Creek). EGC is located next to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Fardan Exchange Metro Station making it easily accessible for spectators.
Gates will open from 7am, Thursday to Sunday.
The main first aid facility is in the main car park beside the clubhouse. Additional first aid points are located on the course near the 3rd and 11th greens.
If you’ve lost an item, please visit the main information desk in Tournament Town, near the event entrance. Found items are handed in there.
To help ensure that everyone can enjoy they day, we ask all spectators to follow the below guidelines:-
Spectators should wear suitable footwear and be alert at all times to uneven surfaces found on a golf course. While golfers will often shout ‘fore’ to alert spectators of a wayward shot, being aware of where golfers are playing from and to is beneficial.

Complementary drinking water is available at multiple locations on site to stay hydrated. Spectators should also avoid extended exposure to sunlight, while wearing suncream and seeking shade where possible. Please observe on course electronic leaderboards for weather messages.
The event merchandise tent is located next to the driving range with easy access upon entry and exit to the event.
A special viewing deck on the 18th green is available for POD. Access to the golf course is also permitted at the discretion of the guest due to the natural challenges of a golf course.
This is the Hero Dubai Desert Classic’s sustainability programme, presented by EGA. It covers conserving resources, measuring and reducing carbon emissions, community engagement and charitable initiatives.
It means the tournament has taken steps to reduce its environmental impact and create benefits for the local community, including efforts to cut carbon emissions and support local businesses. These measures have been independently audited, and the event has been awarded certification.
