There is no minimum age for entry however registration is essential for all attendees over the age of 2 years old.

For hospitality, children aged three years and above must have a valid ticket, and must be accompanied by an adult.

The Emirates Golf Club will be open from 7am, with the first groups teeing off at approximately 7.10am on Thursday and Friday, and 7.30am on Saturday and Sunday.

Only those with hospitality passes will be able to gain access.

Hospitality tickets include access to the Dallah Lounge and Sky Deck, which offer a first-of-its-kind viewing experience of the 9th and 18th greens.

The Dallah Lounge opens for breakfast at 8am each day and a sumptuous lunch will be served from 1pm – 3pm, with afternoon tea served from 3.30pm - 5.30pm and a bar service available to all hospitality ticket holders from 12pm - 5.30pm.

Hospitality ticket holders will be able to enjoy scheduled player visits over the four days, and Dallah Lounge tickets come inclusive of a VIP Car Park pass (1 per two packages purchased).

Unless you have been issued a PDF ticket by a Corporate Hospitality partner, you must download the Hero Dubai Desert Classic mobile app from the relevant app store. The ticket will automatically appear in the tickets section of your mobile app when you login using the same e-mail address that was used to register for a ticket. Each ticket is represented as a ‘daily ticket’ and provides access to each individual day of the event. If you wish to attend for multiple days, you must apply for each day of the event.

The Social on Sixteen is a premium food and beverage package situated on a bespoke viewing terrace overlooking the 16^th green at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic The terrace features ample seating, areas to socialise, and prime, unparalleled views of the world-class golf action on show at the event.

The Social on Sixteen is located at the back of the 16^th green on the Majlis course at Emirates Golf Club.

The Al Khail metro station is located directly outside the Emirates Golf Club. You will have a short 1-minute walk to the main entry tents situated inside the venue. The walking route will be signposted and reinforced by security.

We have dedicated parking onsite within Emirates Golf Club, signposted ‘Event General Parking’. As part of our sustainable ‘Park and Plant’ initiative, there will be a AED 50 parking fee which will all be donated to a gold standard sustainable initiative towards positive climate change. Once parked, there are shuttle buggies that will drop you off at the main entry tents.

All event attendees enter through the main entry tents at the main entrance of Emirates Golf Club.

Your ticket includes entry to the general event and exclusive access to The Social on Sixteen viewing terrace, overlook the 16th hole. Enjoy unlimited drinks from 12pm – 4pm along with two dedicated meal vouchers and 1 ice cream voucher.

On arrival to the main event entry tents, your ticket will be scanned and you will be provided with a wristband. Once you have entered the venue, you will proceed to walk to The Social on Sixteen viewing terrace, located on the back of the 16^th green. Once you enter the viewing terrace, you will be given your 2 x meal vouchers and 1 x ice cream voucher which can be redeemed at any time during the 4-hour package (12pm – 4pm). Drinks will be unlimited during this time and do not require vouchers.

The Social on Sixteen viewing terrace will remain private for ticket holders from 4pm – 5pm, with a purchasable happy hour package available. After 5pm, the terrace will open for the general public, operating with a normal cash bar.

Each year over 300+ volunteers support and contribute to the success of the HDDC. Sign-ups are closed for the 2025 event due to high demand. 2026 sign ups will open in the last week of November 2025 via our website.

Yes there are multiple large screens around the facility showing the golf, where you can relax and watch while enjoying various F&B options.

The HDDC is held at Emirates Golf Club (EGC), where it has been since 1989 (excluding the 1999 & 2000 editions which were held at Dubai Creek). EGC is located next to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Metro Station making it easily accessible for spectators.

The main first aid facility is in the main car park adjacent to the clubhouse. There are also smaller facilities on course located next to the 3^rd & 11^th greens.

Lost and found items will be collected, and can be recovered, from the main information desk found in the event Tournament Town (this is the main area located at the event entrance).

To help ensure that everyone can enjoy they day, we ask all spectators to follow the below guidelines:-

• Devices must be on silent at all times and flash not used.
• Photography and videography should be for personal use only.
• Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
• Phone calls should be made out of ear shot of any potential play to avoid disturbance.
• You are encouraged to use the HDDC mobile app as much as possible.

Spectators should wear suitable footwear and be alert at all times to uneven surfaces found on a golf course. While golfers will often shout ‘fore’ to alert spectators of a wayward shot, being aware of where golfers are playing from and to is beneficial.
