Admission to the Hero Dubai Desert Classic (Event), a DP World Tour (DPWT) sanctioned tournament organised by Falcon and Associates LLC-FZ (acting through its branch) (Promoter) held at the Emirates Golf Club (Venue) is subject to the terms and conditions below (T&C’s) and subject to you being in possession of and displaying the correct admission pass. Admission passes includes all types of official Event accreditation.
Entry to the Venue shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of these T&Cs.
General

• You understand and agree that your entry to and/or participation in the Event is subject to the presentation of the correct admission pass and these T&C’s and your failure to abide by any of these T&C’s can result in your removal from, and/or prevention from participating in, the Event. Notwithstanding you being in possession of any admission pass, such permission remains at the discretion of the Promoter at all times.

• Lost, stolen or damaged admission passes cannot be replaced. Admission passes are nonrefundable including in the event of curtailment or cancellation of the Event through adverse weather or Government of Dubai and/or UAE regulations (whether such regulations relate to COVID-19 or otherwise).
• You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with attending and/or participating in the Event, in particular there is the risk of being struck by a golf ball and including, but not limited to, the risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent health conditions and/or death (Related Risks), and by entering the Venue you acknowledge all such  Related Risks and accept your own general personal responsibility to protect yourself and others from such Related Risks so far as is reasonably practicable.  
• You agree at all times to abide by all instructions, whether verbal, written or by any other means of transmission, provided to you by the Promoter, the Venue and/or the DPWT particularly relating to health and safety.
• You hereby indemnify the Promoter, Venue and DPWT against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses) incurred or suffered by the Promoter, Venue or DPWT arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these T&Cs.
• To the extent permissible by law and except in respect of death, the Promoter, Venue, DPWT, players, sponsors, independent contractors or representatives, and the respective employees, servants and/or agents of these groups, will not be responsible or liable for (a) any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering the Venue or any carpark including liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by the negligence of the Promoter or Venue, their employees, representatives, contractors or agents; (b) any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever; or (c) any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement of the Event including but not being limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs.
• The use of any cameras, computers and other electronic equipment at the Event is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation from the Promoter. The use of mobile phones and other mobile devices is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, and strictly for personal and private use only (which, for the avoidance of doubt and by way of example only, shall not include the capturing, logging, recording, transmitting, playing, issuing, showing, sharing or any other communication at the Event for any commercial purpose) . Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however even in these areas mobile phones must remain on silent at all times.
• Making or distributing broadcasts, commentary, news reports, data, results or statistics by any means in any format or media including any such by mobile phone or other wireless device is strictly prohibited.
• You consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded at the Event (including by CCTV), and irrevocably consent to the use of any such film, image or recording at the discretion of the Promoter and/or DPWT and their licensees and partners without compensation or notice. Furthermore, if a person is under 21 years of age, the parent, guardian or responsible adult who is accompanying them into the Venue shall be deemed to have provided consent on their behalf.
•  The Promoter is entitled to deny you entry to the Venue for any reason. You must not bring into the Venue any: (a) food, beverage, bottle, container, flags, chairs or other furniture; (b) camera with an interchangeable lens, tablet computers or other recording equipment, or "selfie sticks"; (c) animals (other than guide dogs); (d) item that could be used as a weapon; (e) fireworks, laser pointers, strobe lights, musical instruments and/or amplification equipment; (f) other item which at the Promoters or Venue security personnel sole discretion consider presents a security risk or may be used to damage the Venue or interfere with the Event or affect the experience of other Event attendees.
• All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but not limited to, clothing banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited and will be removed immediately.
• Threatening, abusive, violent behaviour and foul language is strictly forbidden and will result in ejection from the Venue and where appropriate, involvement of the local authorities may apply.
• You must comply with all relevant statutes, signs, safety announcements, directions of stewards and ground regulations whilst attending the Event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the Promoter, Venue or their authorized sub-contractors to revoke this admission pass and eject you from the Event without compensation.
• Your admission pass purchase provides you with access to the benefits, amenities, and experiences described on the Event website (www.dubaidesertclassic.com) at the time of purchase. While we strive to deliver the Event as advertised, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, replace, or alter any part of the Event, including but not limited to, its schedule, lineup, or other features, without prior notice. These changes are made at our sole discretion, without notice and without issuing a refund or any other compensation, to ensure a quality experience and maintain the Event’s safety, logistics, and enjoyment for all attendees.
• We may apply additional terms and conditions to the use of this admission pass at any time without notice. All admission passes are the property of the Promoter. You must return any admission pass you hold to our representatives if they ask you to do so.
• These T&Cs will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to these T&Cs will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

• Hospitality  Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and are for the holder’s personal use only. Any transfer of a Hospitality Pass will render it void.
• The resale of Hospitality Pass is strictly prohibited, except where specifically authorized in writing by the Promoter. Hospitality Pass should not be resold and shall not be purchased or obtained from any unauthorised commercial agent or otherwise than directly from the Promoter and this may result in being denied admission to the Venue.
• Hospitality Pass cannot be used in a promotion or offered as a prize without the permission from the Promoter and DPWT.
• At a minimum smart casual attire is required in hospitality facilities, and the Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to any person wearing inappropriate items of clothing and/or footwear or to require such person to leave the hospitality venue. No compensation will be provided for any such refusal or requirement to leave the hospitality venue.
• Hospitality Pass is valid for a single entry on the dates shown. Hospitality Pass holders will not be permitted to exit the Venue and re-enter on the same day.
• Social on Sixteen tickets will receive exclusive access to the Social on Sixteen structure from 12pm – 5pm for the day of the ticket purchased. Free flow beverages will be available from 12pm – 4pm only and each ticket holder will be provided with 2 x main meal vouchers and 1 x dessert meal voucher to be redeemed 12pm – 4pm for the day of the ticket purchased.
• Hospitality Pass remains the property of the Promoter at all times.
