General Access tickets to the HDDC are free. Tickets are required to enter the event, please download your tickets from the HDDC app.
Emirates Golf Club has fantastic transport links via car and metro. The Al Khail Metro station has step free access and is less than 50m from the nearest footpath entrance to EGC where we can provide POD buggy access to the main event from the entrance to Emirates Golf Club.
Should anyone require accessible vehicle transport we can recommend WAM Accessible Transport LLC to provide accessible transport options.
Blue Badge parking and accessible vehicle drop-offs is available within 50m of the entrance to the Golf Club.
General access tickets to HDDC are free. If you need a personal assistant to attend the event with you, free tickets can be downloaded via the event app.
Trained assistance guide dogs are allowed into the event. Please note they must be kept on a lead at all times. You must clean up after your dog.
Wheelchairs and other motorised chairs are allowed in the event. Ramp / lift access is available into Hospitality, Emirates Golf Club and on course.
There is a dedicated accessible viewing deck located at hospitality overlooking the 18th Green. This location can be found within the event app, on the venue map.

HDDC offers a wide variety and selection of Food and Beverage options across the event.
There will be several food outlets and bars, including food trucks. These outlets will be accessible for all spectators. If you require assistance accessing the counter, please speak to a member of staff.
The HDDC Merchandise store is located next to the driving range.
The Merchandise store is fully wheelchair accessible, and staff will be available to assist within the shop if required.
The HDDC VIP Hospitality area is fully accessible with lift access into the Dallah lounge and Partner Chalets.
Accessible toilets are available within the Hospitality area.
In the event of an emergency, you will be guided to the nearest safe area. If we need to evacuate part of the event, you will be guided to the nearest Emergency Assemble Point. Please follow the instructions of the security and staff at all time.
Once the incident is over, we would aim to reopen the area affected when safe to do so.
HDDC recognizes sunflower lanyards may choose to be worn by those with a hidden disability that might not be visible to see. Sunflower lanyards help to show that some extra time, space or assistance might be required.
If you are wearing a sunflower lanyard, a member of staff might ask if there is any way in which they can assist you.
